OFFERED ONLY TO PERSONS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Colette Baron Reid Win a Free Reading Contest is open only to persons who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of CBR and Too Amaze Inc. and the immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in jurisdictions where prohibited.

1. TO ENTER: The Contest begins at 8:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 12th 2018 and ends at 7:59 PM ET on March 31st, 2018 (“Contest Period”).

As part of your Contest entry, you will be required to Opt-In to the Colette Baron Reid email list. There is a limit of one entry per person/email address per entry period. After submitting your answer and opting-in to the list you will be entered into the contest.

To enter, respond to the email invitation by clicking on the “Yes” button, or by signing up for the ColetteBaronReid.com email list on the website and agreeing to Opt-In.  Submit your entry so that it is received by Sponsor’s server by 7:59 PM ET on last day of entry period. Before you may receive an entry into the Contest, you must agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy governing this Contest and indicate your agreement to same by providing your email address as the “opt-in”.

Please note: if you are chosen as a winner in this Contest, you must agree to be available for a time of the CBR teams choosing and if we are unable to schedule the reading with you in one month’s time you will forfeit your winning reading. This reading is only for the contest winner and cannot be transferred to another party.   

1. RANDOM DRAWING – PRIZES – ODDS OF WINNING: On or about March “31st”, 2018, the CBR team will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, to award one winner to take part in a Reading with Colette Baron Reid. The prize consists of one 30 minute reading via video conference with Colette Baron Reid. Winner must have the ability to attend video conference via computer or smartphone or prize will be forfeited.  

No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, safety or security considerations, or any other reason as solely determined by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.

Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be sent an email notification. If a potential winner does not reply to email within 48 hours or if the potential winner is unable to take part Video Conference Reading, he/she must forfeit prize and an alternate winner will be chosen and contacted. If the selected winner cannot be reached when email notification is attempted, is not eligible to win, or does not confirm at that time his/her acceptance of the prize, he/she forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen and contacted.

1. PRIZE PUBLICITY: Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to provide written consent to be recorded during the Video Conference Reading and to permit the live and/or recorded broadcast, publication, or other use of said film footage, in whole or in part, by Sponsor, and those acting on its behalf, for advertising or commercial purpose, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. The winner agrees to grant Sponsor the results and proceeds of the film footage (hereunder “Materials”) with the right for the full period of copyright, including all extensions and renewals thereof, and thereafter in perpetuity, throughout the world, to use and re-use all or any part of the Materials for the purpose of advertising, publicizing and exploiting the same, by all means and in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and to authorize others to do so. A winner nor any other party now or hereafter having an interest in the Materials shall have any right or action against Sponsor or any Contest Entities or any other party arising out of any use of said Materials. Each winner further agree that Sponsor may elect, in its sole discretion, to not use the Materials or to use only a portion of the Materials. The requirements of this section are void where prohibited by law.

1. GENERAL: Except where prohibited, all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, entrants agree [a] to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and Promotion Administrator, which shall be final in all respects relating to this Contest; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Contest Entities from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Contest or their acceptance, use or misuse of prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; and if a winner, [c] to permit Contest Entities to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, voice likeness and city and state address for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to on air and within www.colettebaronredi.com and CBR’s social media sites, in perpetuity, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use upon request. Entry must be made by the entrant only by email and acceptance to Opt-In for email subscriber list. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules.
