I’ve been influenced by animism all my life.
As a small child, my Scottish nanny taught me that all living things have a presiding spiriteverything from a buzzing bee, a fragrant flower, to a sweet little bunny rabbit.
Later, when my father showed me how to read Turkish coffee cups, he told me that his Mongolian grandmother taught him that spirit animals were both real and symbolic, and when they appeared in a cup, they represented something meaningful and universal that could help guide us.
Learning about spirit animals as a child was quirky and fun as well as deeply informative, and I wanted to infuse that same sense of playfulness and wide-eyed curiosity into this whimsical card deck.
The energy of Spirit Animals is always all around us, and their messages guide us as we navigate the world. In fact, different spirit animals come into our lives at various stages and phases, offering us divine messages to help guide us on our path.
Imagine tapping into the guidance of the spirit animals as you travel through the rich terrain of your life, discovering new and uncharted territories.
