Today, we dove into Energy 4, which is the domain of the heart—the center of healing and love, and the center of forgiveness and community. I shared an emotional story about the relationship with my mother, my journey to forgiveness and acceptance, and how when we forgive, we allow ourselves and others the grace to be human.
